    I’m giving them 3 stars because the customer service today was very good. However, Rudy’s use to be my favorite chicken spot but I went today and ordered 2 thighs and they were very small, fries were steal, and grease tasted old. It could’ve just been an off day but I was very disappointed I ended up throwing the food away. I have recently changed my review as of August 4th to 5 stars the last couple of visits everything was Fresh and tasted well! I am highly satisfied and I wanted to update my once 3 star review ❤️

    I had Rudy's at 2pm today. The Chicken was excellent. So I go back about 8:45 PM to get another round. The chicken was over cooked and the fries were extra salty. This was my wife's first time eating Rudy's it will be a minute before we return. Owner's you need to be aware that the same product isn't going out the same all the time.

    This is my third time ordering Rudy’s chicken and not feeling satisfied. The chicken was not fresh, fries were soggy, and there was no seasoning on the order at all. Be mindful that we asked for extra seasoning and got neither. I will not be returning to this establishment again. It has truly lost its amazing touch it once had.

    The food is alright, not worth driving out of your way for. The chicken is decent, fries are soggy, and bread tasted old. Their customer service absolutely sucks. It was my first time coming and I went through drive-thru. I wasn't too sure of what to order so I told him I just needed a little more time to look through, he said okay and switched to the other side. 10 seconds later he comes back and asks if I'm ready to order, and also said "when you come to Rudy's you need to make sure you have your order ready when you come through" VERY rude and that is NOT the way to talk to your customers. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

    Best chicken in town. 15-20 min wait depending on the time but you wont be disappointed if you love chicken you'll love this place.
